Manchester United's Ryan Giggs considered for Wales job?

The Welsh FA reportedly consider appointing Ryan Giggs as their new national manager if Chris Coleman leaves for Crystal Palace.

Manchester United player-coach Ryan Giggs is reportedly wanted by the Welsh Football Association to manage the national team if they part ways with current boss Chris Coleman.

The former Fulham coach has yet to agree a new contract with the national side, with both parties said to be unsure on whether to extend their partnership.

With reports claiming that Coleman has held talks over becoming Crystal Palace's new boss, the Welsh FA are said to be looking elsewhere.

It is understood that Giggs, who is keen on a career in coaching, is in the frame for the position if Coleman steps away, according to The Express.

Reports have claimed that Giggs has been approached by the Wales setup in the past, but has opted to remain at United.
