Ander Herrera: 'We don't want Leicester City to win title at Old Trafford'

Ander Herrera says that Manchester United are determined to stop Leicester City from winning the Premier League title at Old Trafford on Sunday.

Manchester United midfielder Ander Herrera has insisted that he and his teammates are determined to stop Leicester City from winning the Premier League title at Old Trafford this Sunday.

Claudio Ranieri's side will become English champions if they manage to beat United, who earned a 1-1 draw at the King Power Stadium earlier this season.

Should Leicester fail to win, they will need three points from their next two games in order to take home the trophy.

As for United, they are fighting for a top four place as they are currently fifth in the table, five points off fourth.

"First of all I have to say that we think about Manchester United, we are still in the race, we have to be in the top four - it's very important for us," Herrera told Sky Sports News.

"After that it is true that we are playing against Leicester, a very good side who are playing fantastic, but we don't want them to win the title at Old Trafford - I think they deserve to win the league but I hope they can do it at home.

"We are Manchester United and we have to win because we have to be in the Champions League next season. Leicester can win the league at Old Trafford but it is not our business. Our business is Manchester United, we have to fight until the end for the top four and that's what we are going to do."

After playing Leicester, United will face Norwich City, West Ham United and Bournemouth before the season is out.
