Pedro has suggested that Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal has treated Spain teammates Victor Valdes and David de Gea unfairly.
The two goalkeepers appear to be on their way out of Old Trafford, with Van Gaal stating that Valdes no longer has a future at the club, while De Gea has not played this season amid the fallout of his proposed move to Real Madrid.
Pedro had been linked with a move to United prior to joining Chelsea last month, but he has played down Van Gaal's actions as being a factor in his decision to join the Blues.
When asked if the Dutchman's treatment of Valdes and De Gea influenced him, the winger told Marca: "No. It's true that I don't like that treatment for my colleagues, especially for Victor, who has been a reference as a teammate and as a professional.
"I don't believe it's fair but it didn't influence my decision."
Spain face Slovakia in Euro 2016 qualifying on Saturday.
