Barcelona have delayed opening contract talks with midfielder Ivan Rakitic until the end of the season, according to a report.
The Croatia international has featured in 38 of Barca's matches this season and remains a key player for Ernesto Valverde.
Manchester United are believed to have enquired about Rakitic's contract situation, while Bayern Munich and Inter Milan are also rumoured to be monitoring developments.
Rakitic still has four years left to run on the deal signed in Mach 2017, however, and Marca claims that Barcelona are not in a hurry to open discussions over fresh terms until the summer.
Club president Josep Maria Bartomeu reportedly promised to improve the 30-year-old's salary when Paris Saint-Germain came calling last year, but the Catalan giants can no longer factor that into their wage budget.
