Fenerbahce have reportedly expressed an interest in signing Manchester United forward Mason Greenwood.
Having had all criminal charges against him dropped, the 21-year-old is free to resume his football career, but it is uncertain whether he will have the chance to do that at Old Trafford.
Man United are currently undertaking an internal investigation, but it is expected to be a lengthy progress, with Greenwood allegedly set to miss the rest of the campaign.
The England international was arrested in January 2022 on suspicion of rape and assault following accusations from a woman, and he was then further arrested on suspicion of sexual assault and threats to kill.
Greenwood was also facing charges of attempted rape, engaging in controlling and coercive behaviour, and assault occasioning actual bodily harm, with a trial date set for this November.

However, it was recently revealed that all charges against the forward had now been dropped, with key witnesses withdrawing from the case.
"We have a duty to keep cases under continuous review. In this case a combination of the withdrawal of key witnesses and new material that came to light meant there was no longer a realistic prospect of conviction. In these circumstances, we are under a duty to stop the case," said a spokesperson for the Crown Prosecution Service.
"We have explained our decision to all parties. We would always encourage any potential victims to come forward and report to police and we will prosecute wherever our legal test is met."
Man United then released a statement of their own: "Manchester United notes the decision of the Crown Prosecution Service that all charges against Mason Greenwood have been dropped.
"The club will now conduct its own process before determining next steps. We will not make any further comment until that process is complete."

Man United head coach Erik ten Hag has allegedly now spoken with Greenwood, but there is believed to be a huge split in the club when it comes to his possible return.
A move abroad has been mentioned as a potential outcome, and according to Fotospor, Fenerbahce have expressed an interest in bringing him to Turkish football.
The report claims that the Istanbul giants are keeping a close eye on the developments, as they weigh up the possibility of signing him later this year.
Man United's internal investigation is expected to be a complicated process, as the club consider the pros and cons of keeping the youngster at Old Trafford.
Greenwood, who made his debut for the 20-time English champions in 2018, has scored 35 goals and registered 12 assists in 129 appearances for the Red Devils in all competitions, while he has been capped on one occasion by England at senior level.
