Rumoured Manchester City and Manchester United target Jorginho will hold talks with Napoli next week to determine where his future lies.
The Italy international is said to be in the middle of a transfer tug-of-war between the Manchester heavyweights, seeing his valuation climb above the £60m mark.
Man City are understood to be the favourites to land the 26-year-old, as Pep Guardiola has placed him at the top of his summer wishlist.
Serie A runners-up Napoli are in no rush to sell one of their key men, though, and with two years to run on his contract they may wait until next year before cashing in at a lower price.
Jorginho's agent Joao Santos has now revealed that a decision will likely be made within the next seven days.
"We will decide his future in a meeting at the end of the month," he is quoted as saying by The Sun. "I don't know if Napoli have received offers but we will talk about it soon."
Jorginho has made 133 appearances in Italy's top flight since 2014, including 33 in the 2017-18 season when playing a direct part in six goals.
