Manchester United have reportedly identified Lyon forward Moussa Dembele as a potential summer signing.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is ready to make significant changes to his United squad during the next transfer window, and the Norwegian is known to be keen to strengthen his backline.
However, according to L'Equipe, United have already put the wheels in motion to sign former Celtic frontman Dembele ahead of the next campaign.
The 22-year-old has contributed 13 goals and four assists from 29 Ligue 1 outings this season, and that return will inevitably lead to interest in the attacker's signature.
Dembele still has over four years remaining on his contract, but Lyon may be prepared to cash in on the Frenchman if a club meets their valuation.
