Manchester United have reportedly identified Paris Saint-Germain forward Edinson Cavani as a potential summer signing.
United are expected to be in the market for a number of defensive-minded players during the next transfer window, but Ole Gunnar Solskjaer may take the opportunity to make changes further forward.
According to Calciomercato, Cavani has emerged as a possible addition, with the Uruguay international said to be keen to move to the Premier League.
Cavani has spent the last six years at Parc des Princes, but the 32-year-old may take the chance to take on a new challenge with his contract due to expire in 2020.
The frontman would still cost a significant transfer fee, but United could offset the cost of the signing with the sale of Romelu Lukaku.
