Agent Mino Raiola has appeared to confirm that he offered Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba to Manchester City.
Earlier on Friday, City boss Pep Guardiola said that the Premier League leaders had been offered both Pogba and Henrikh Mkhitaryan at the start of 2018.
Shortly afterwards, Pogba took to social media to indicate that he was unaware of the situation, but Raiola has moved to attempt to clear up the matter, saying that he only offers players to City rather than Guardiola himself.
Raiola is quoted by The Mirror as saying: "I never spoke to him. And that I offer players not to him but to Manchester City, which is a fantastic club with a fantastic manager.
"Who I talk about I will not comment, that I leave to the club's responsibility and account."
Pogba has recently been linked with an exit from United, but Real Madrid currently appear to be the frontrunners for the 25-year-old's signature.
