Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti is reportedly preparing to raid former club Paris Saint-Germain for Uruguay striker Edinson Cavani.
The 27-year-old, who is currently with his national team at the World Cup, has been strongly linked with a move to Manchester United this summer.
However, according to Le 10 Sport, Madrid have joined the race for the powerful forward, who is believed to be unhappy with life in Paris.
Should Cavani arrive at the Bernabeu, it would place a question mark over the future of Karim Benzema, who struggled for goals in the second half of the 2013-14 campaign.
