Millwall's Steve Lomas calls for calm heads

Millwall boss Steve Lomas does not want his players to get carried away if they start strongly in the Championship this season.

Millwall manager Steve Lomas has urged his players not to get carried away if they get off to a good start in the Championship this season.

The Lions get their campaign underway on Saturday at home to newly-promoted Yeovil Town.

"We're going to try to get off to a good start and see where that takes us," Lomas told Sky Sports News.

"We don't want to get ahead of ourselves because if you do that in the Championship you get unstuck."

Millwall narrowly avoided relegation last season as they finished in 20th place in the Championship table.
