Gokhan Inler wants Napoli to "fight" for Serie A title

Gokhan İnler wants Napoli to focus 100% on the Serie A now that they are out of the Champions League.

Napoli midfielder Gokhan Inler has urged his teammates to prove themselves in order to get back into the race for the Serie A title.

Rafael Benitez's side have recovered from two straight league defeats to take seven points from their last nine, and after the disappointment of elimination from the Champions League Inler wants Napoli to now focus completely on Serie A.

"We had a good start this season then some defeats in the Serie A and the Champions League," he told The Hard Tackle.

"Unfortunately, we did not manage to advance in the Champions League, but we left the competition with 12 points. It's time to reorganise ourselves and fight for the Serie A title."

Napoli are currently third in Serie A, three points behind Roma and eight behind Juventus.
