Former president of the Asian Football Confederation Mohamed bin Hammam has been hit with a provisional 90-day suspension by FIFA.
The world governing body has taken this action following the Court of Arbitration for Sport's decision to annul the original lifetime ban implemented by FIFA.
The ban was dealt after he was found guilty of bribing Caribbean officials during his running for the presidential position at FIFA.
The governing body are also planning to investigate allegations of financial wrongdoing during his time with the AFC.
