Nottingham Forest boss Billy Davies 'confronts' photographer

A freelance photographer present at Millwall and Nottingham Forest's Championship game on Tuesday night claims that he was unfairly confronted by Forest boss Billy Davies.

A photographer present at Millwall and Nottingham Forest's Championship game last night has claimed that he was unfairly confronted by Forest manager Billy Davies for taking photos of him.

Dan Westwell, a freelance sports photographer, said that Davies wanted to know who he was and came over after the game "screaming" at him.

Davies was asked about the incident in his post-match press conference and brushed it off as nothing.

He said: "I asked the photographer where he was from. I only asked him a question because five minutes before that I asked one of my staff where he was from.

"It was just 'Excuse me Sir, can you tell me where you're from?' That's it."

Forest drew the game 2-2 in South London to miss out on the chance to move into the playoff places.
