Paris Saint-Germain boss Laurent Blanc has revealed that an announcement on the future of Zlatan Ibrahimovic will be made in the near future.
The 34-year-old joined PSG from AC Milan in 2012 and has become the club's all-time top scorer during his time in France.
The striker's contract is due to expire this summer, however, and it is widely thought that the Swede will seek pastures new. Ibrahimovic recently hinted at a move to the Premier League, while a number of MLS clubs are said to be in the hunt.
Blanc offered no indication as to whether the striker will pen fresh terms or seek a departure, but has revealed that a decision will soon be made.
"We do not know his will, it's still an important factor. But in no time, you will be aware of his decision and that of the club," Blanc told reporters.
Ibrahimovic has scored 28 times in 33 games for PSG this season, just two short of the total that he managed during the entire 2014-15 campaign.
