Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp has revealed that he is pleased with his players after their latest victory.
QPR won 1-0 at Bolton Wanderers to preserve their unbeaten Championship record.
Redknapp is pleased with the players who have come in after a summer of change following their relegation from the Premier League.
"There's a new feel around the place," Redknapp told Sky Sports News. "Lots of lads have gone, some of them good players obviously, who didn't want to be here.
"But we have brought people in, Richard Dunne, Karl Henry, who have come into the club, four or five others, Danny Simpson too. They've all come in and done fantastically.
"You're going to have your blips, but we're an improving team and we've got a chairman who is ambitious."
QPR also signed Matt Phillips from Blackpool this week.
