Carlo Ancelotti insists that Paris Saint-Germain have no intention of bidding for Cristiano Ronaldo.

Carlo Ancelotti has insisted that Paris Saint-Germain do not need Cristiano Ronaldo to be successful.

The French club have been heavily linked with the Real Madrid forward and despite accepting that the Portugal international could play with Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Ancelotti believes that his side does not need improving.

"Can Zlatan and Ronaldo can play together? All quality players can play together. You know, it's not hard to manage a guy like Ibrahimovic," the Italian told RMC. "Ronaldo is a fantastic player, but today, I do not think of him.

"Nene and Hoarau are gone, they won't be replaced because the team is good. We don't have to buy. The transfer window is closed for us."

PSG are currently second in Ligue 1.
