Italian champions Juventus reportedly want to reunite James Rodriguez with his former Real Madrid teammate Cristiano Ronaldo.
The 27-year-old has spent the last year-and-a-half with Bayern Munich, who have the option to turn his loan stint into a permanent deal next year.
Bayern have yet to commit to signing the Colombia international, however, and Sport Bild claims that he may be on his way out of the Allianz Stadium as early as January.
James allegedly wants to leave the club, and Juve are interested in striking a deal with Madrid for his signature, less than a year on from signing Ronaldo from Los Blancos in a £100m transfer.
The Bianconeri already have attacking talents Paulo Dybala, Juan Cuadrado, Mario Mandzukic, Douglas Costa and Federico Bernardeschi on their books, as well as club-record purchase Ronaldo.
