Real Madrid are reportedly keen to hand Achraf Hakimi a new long-term deal at the Bernabeu.
The 21-year-old has spent each of the last two seasons on loan at Borussia Dortmund, featuring on 65 occasions for the German outfit in all competitions.
Hakimi has contributed seven goals and 10 assists in 37 appearances for BVB this season, and it is thought that Lucien Favre's side are keen to sign him on a long-term basis.
As it stands, the Morocco international will return to the Bernabeu this summer, but Los Blancos are reportedly fearful that he could decide to leave on a permanent deal as his path into the first team is blocked by Dani Carvajal.
According to Mundo Deportivo, though, Zinedine Zidane's side are set to offer the defender the chance to sign a new long-term contract until the summer of 2025.
Hakimi, who is also believed to be attracting interest from Serie A and the Premier League, has scored twice in 17 appearances for Los Blancos in all competitions.
