Real Madrid have reportedly made a new and improved €170m (£145.6m) offer for Paris Saint-Germain attacker Kylian Mbappe.
Los Blancos saw their opening bid, believed to be €160m (£137m), turned down by the French giants earlier this week.
However, Carlo Ancelotti's side are seemingly determined to secure the France international's signature before this summer's transfer window closes for business.
According to Sky Sports News, the La Liga giants have now returned with an offer of €170m (£145.6m) in the hope of convincing PSG to sell.
The report claims that Mbappe has made it clear to Mauricio Pochettino's side that he wants to move to Spain and will not be signing an extension to his current deal, which is due to expire next June.
The 22-year-old has scored 133 goals and registered 63 assists in 174 appearances for his current team in all competitions, while he has managed 17 goals in 48 caps for France.
