Real Madrid 'will not sell Gareth Bale this summer'

Real Madrid reportedly have no intention of selling 'untouchable' Gareth Bale this summer.

Real Madrid will reportedly refuse to sell Gareth Bale this summer, despite rumours of uncertainty surrounding his future.

A recent report claimed that the Wales international is likely to leave the Bernabeu if the club bring in AS Monaco's teen sensation Kylian Mbappe.

Manchester United are regularly linked with Bale, but according to Marca, Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane considers the 27-year-old 'untouchable' and is confident that he will play an influential role this season when he is fully fit.

Bale was restricted to just 17 La Liga starts in the 2016-17 campaign due to injury problems, which resulted in ankle surgery, and Isco impressed in his absence.

The Welshman, who has won eight trophies in three years in Madrid, will come to the end of his current contract in 2022.
