Real Madrid are reportedly interested in re-signing Spanish goalkeeper Kiko Casilla from Espanyol.
The 27-year-old came through the youth ranks at Madrid, but did not make a single first-team appearance before joining Espanyol in 2008.
However, his performances over the last couple of seasons have not gone unnoticed, with a number of sides understood to be monitoring developments.
According to Sport, Madrid want the former Spain Under-21 international to act as back-up to Diego Lopez, with Iker Casillas expected to depart at the end of the season.
It is believed that Madrid still hold 50% of Casilla's registration.
