Southampton must win their final match of the Championship season against Coventry City to ensure automatic promotion to the Premier League.

Southampton would secure Premier League promotion with a victory over Coventry City at St Mary's Stadium tomorrow.

The Saints face a nervous end to the season with West Ham United sitting just two points adrift of the South Coast club on the final day of the Championship season.

Nigel Adkins will be without midfielder Richard Chaplow due to a hamstring injury picked up during Southampton's 2-1 defeat to Middlesbrough last Saturday.

Guly do Prado is likely to take the 27-year-old's place, with Billy Sharp and Rickie Lambert leading the line up front.

Meanwhile, Andy Thorn is expected to hand Jordan Willis his first start at Coventry following Richard Keogh's sending-off during the Sky Blues' 2-0 defeat to Doncaster Rovers last week, which sent the club down into League One.

Current form:

Southampton: LDWLWL
Coventry: WDLDLL

Possible lineups:

Southampton: Davis; Fonte, Fox, Butterfield, Hooiveld; Cork, Hammond, Guly, Lallana; Lambert, Sharp

Coventry: Murphy; Willis, Hussey, Clarke, Cranie; Norwood, Bigirimana, Thomas, McSheffrey; Platt, McDonald

Sports Mole says: 2-0
