Report: Ronald Koeman to bring Dirk Kuyt to Southampton

Former Liverpool forward Dirk Kuyt is on Southampton's radar, with Ronald Koeman wanting to bring the 34-year-old to the South Coast, according to reports.

Southampton are looking to sign former Liverpool forward Dirk Kuyt in the January transfer window, according to reports.

The 34-year-old Dutchman, who currently plies his trade for Turkish club Fenerbahce, is out of contract at the end of the season.

According to The Mirror, Saints manager Ronald Koeman was keen to sign the former Netherlands international when in charge of Feyenoord two years ago, and is now ready to try to bring him to the South Coast.

Kuyt scored 71 goals in 285 matches for the Anfield outfit and 24 goals in 104 international appearances.
