Defender Toby Alderweireld will feature in the Tottenham Hotspur squad for the Premier League fixture with Brighton & Hove Albion.

Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino has suggested that Toby Alderweireld could feature against Brighton & Hove Albion.

Despite returning from a hamstring injury at the start of 2018, Alderweireld has not featured in the Premier League since October and reports have suggested that the Belgian international will leave the North London outfit during the summer.

However, after indicating that he will rotate his team for the trip to the Amex Stadium, Pochettino has revealed that Alderweireld could be given another outing in the first team.

At a press conference, the 46-year-old told reporters: "Toby is going to be involved in the squad and then tomorrow, I will decide if he is going to play or not."

Alderweireld's only two starts since February have come in the FA Cup.
