Tottenham Hotspur boss Harry Redknapp has said that he has had no contact regarding the England managerial position.
Redknapp, who admits that he would like to see an Englishman replace former coach Fabio Capello, insists that his full focus remains on his work at White Hart Lane despite emerging as the favourite for the national job.
"I have said all along I would like to see an English manager in charge of England," he said. "We've been down the other route.
"But I've had no contact about England and I just want to concentrate on the job at Tottenham.
"We've had a great season up to now. I'm here, and I've got to be here until the end of the season, whatever happens, that's for sure."
