Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Nabil Bentaleb has signed a new five-year contract at White Hart Lane.
The Algeria international has emerged as a key player for Spurs under Mauricio Pochettino, making 35 appearances in all competitions last season.
Bentaleb told the official club website: "I'm really happy to commit myself to the club until 2020. It's a good achievement for me, I've been working hard to get a contract like this and I'm pleased.
"It's been a long way, I've had some up and downs, but most importantly I've learned a lot and I hope I will continue to learn. The club has given me the trust and I have to thank them for that and keep working hard to achieve."
Bentaleb signed for Tottenham's academy in January 2012 following spells playing for youth teams in France and Belgium.
