Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti is reportedly preparing a move for Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Paulinho.
The 25-year-old, who joined Spurs from Corinthians in the summer, has arguably been the Premier League side's best player in the first half of the season.
According to The Telegraph, his performances have not gone unnoticed, with Ancelotti eyeing a move for the Brazilian international, who is expected to feature at the World Cup next summer.
Madrid's interest in the central midfielder has reportedly intensified in recent days with the news that Xabi Alonso could leave the Spanish capital on a free at the end of the season.
