The Brazilian striker, who is currently out of action with a hamstring problem, has been linked with a £30m move to Tottenham Hotspur.
"He is recovering rapidly, but the exact date, we can not tell you," Spalletti is quoted as saying by Goal.com. "And again, Hulk is not for sale."
Hulk previously played under Tottenham manager Andre Villas-Boas at Porto.
