Bob Bradley has Swansea City regrets

Los Angeles FC boss Bob Bradley claims that he was not given enough time to make his mark at Swansea City.

Bob Bradley has claimed that he was not given enough time to make his mark at Swansea City.

Bradley, who is currently in charge of Los Angeles FC, was appointed Swansea boss in the latter stages of 2016, but only lasted 11 matches before being sacked by the Welsh club.

The former USA national team manager has said that he "loved the challenge of going to Swansea", but he does not feel that he was given the opportunity to build a team in Wales.

"I loved the challenge of going to Swansea and I was determined to have a team that could play good football, that could attack, defend, I knew so much about the Swansea way," Bradley told Sky Sports News.

"I was disappointed because I was trying to build that kind of team. We talked about players for the January transfer window, we didn't manage enough wins early and enough points early. I really felt given time the challenge of building a team that would represent Swansea was there and I was ready for it."

Bradley will lead Los Angeles FC into their first ever MLS campaign this week.
