Swansea City have reportedly entered advanced talks with Southampton over a deal to bring Jack Cork to the Liberty Stadium before the close of the transfer window.
The 25-year-old is out of contract in the summer, and was last week warned by manager Ronald Koeman that he had to quickly make a decision over his long-term future.
Having stalled on agreeing new terms, Sky Sports News reports that the Chelsea academy product could now be on his way to South Wales before Monday's transfer deadline.
Cork, who started Southampton's narrow FA Cup defeat against Crystal Palace last weekend, has been capped 13 times by England at Under-21s level, while also representing Team GB at the Olympic Games in 2012.
