Manchester City reportedly remain in pole position to sign Arsenal striker Robin van Persie this summer.
The 28-year-old has been linked with a number of European clubs with his contract due to expire in 2013, but Juventus have dropped out of the race, according to The Mirror.
City will reportedly refuse to pay more than £15m for the Dutchman, but Arsenal want nearer £30m for their skipper.
Contract talks between Van Persie and the Arsenal hierarchy last week did not make the striker's future any clearer.
