Valencia captain Dani Parejo believes that Los Che boss Nuno has transformed the club this season.
The former Spanish champions finished eighth in La Liga last season during what was a disappointing campaign.
However, the club currently sit fourth in the table, with Sunday's 2-1 win over Real Madrid moving Valencia just five points off first position.
"It was the triumph of a very special way because we were against Real Madrid. Mestalla was as vibrant as ever. The key is that we believe in the coach, as seen in our style of football. We're with him to the death," Parejo told reporters.
"I would emphasise his sincerity with the players. He hides nothing and doesn't talk behind your back. He says it to your face.
"It's my fourth season here and I'm experiencing something that hasn't been seen in recent years, with the support of the people transmitted onto the field."
Nuno took charge of Valencia this summer after leaving Rio Ave.
