West Bromwich Albion striker Victor Anichebe has admitted that he is relishing their derby meeting with Aston Villa.
The 25-year-old joined the Baggies in the summer from Everton and is hopeful that they can claim a victory over their West Midlands rivals, having failed to win a game for his former club in their matches with Liverpool.
"Derbies are always fun; you can see the banter between the fans and the rivalry," he told the club's official website.
"You can't beat the atmosphere. You look at derbies in different countries and they are not the same as in England.
"We're not going to over-hype things; it's a game between two good teams and we'll both go out to give our best."
The clash between Albion and Villa will take place on Monday evening.
