West Bromwich Albion boss Tony Pulis has paid tribute to summer signing Nacer Chadli.
The Belgian international joined the Baggies from Tottenham Hotspur towards the end of the summer transfer window and has scored three times in four Premier League appearances for the club this term.
An impressive start to the campaign has left West Brom in ninth position in the Premier League table, and Pulis has hailed Chadli for galvanising the squad.
"Nacer's done well, we've been really pleased with him not just the way he's played, but also the way he's mixed well with the group," Pulis told reporters.
"All the players we brought in have integrated well. The spirit there is very good and we've got to try and maintain that with good results. Performances help, but he's settled in with the group off the pitch as well. He's got a good manner about him."
West Brom will continue their league season at home to Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday afternoon.
