David Humphreys: 'Gloucester Rugby can get better'

Gloucester Rugby coach David Humphreys admits that his team still has plenty of work to do following Friday's win over London Welsh.

Gloucester Rugby coach David Humphreys has admitted that his team did not play at their best during Friday's win over London Welsh in the Aviva Premiership.

The West Country outfit earned their second victory of the season last night thanks to a 46-10 triumph at the Kassam Stadium.

Despite seeing Gloucester come away with a bonus point after scoring six tries, Humphreys concedes that his players still have plenty of work to do.

"For the first 60 minutes, we were disappointing and were showing no improvement," he is quoted as saying by Sky Sports News.

"We were a little bit inaccurate in the set pieces and we were getting increasingly frustrated but all credit to London Welsh for putting us under pressure."

Gloucester continue their league campaign next Saturday when they entertain Leicester Tigers.
