AC Milan forward Antonio Cassano will return to training on Saturday following a serious health problem.
The 29-year-old underwent heart surgery in November after he collapsed during his side's match against Roma.
"Milan would like to announce that during the course of this week, Antonio Cassano underwent neorological tests with the team of professor Nereo Bresolin and Yvan Torrente and cardiological tests with professor Mario Carminati," a club statement read.
"Both tests showed positive results, so Antonio Cassano will start progressive individual athletic training tomorrow (Saturday)."
Milan, who are currently top of the Serie A table, take on local rivals Inter on Sunday.
