Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has insisted that the club's future is bright as they head into the post-Arsene Wenger era.
The French coach's 22-year tenure came to an end with this weekend's 1-0 win at Huddersfield Town, and the Gabon international believes that he has laid down a solid foundation for his successor.
"In the last few weeks, we have played well. We have a lot of young players and for sure it's good for the [new] manager," Sky Sports News quotes Aubameyang as saying.
"It looks good for the future and I'm sure next season is going to be a good one for us."
Reported candidates for the Arsenal job include Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri and former Gunners player Mikel Arteta, with the latter currently the bookmakers' favourite.
