Claudio Filippi assures striker Nicklas Bendtner that he will be given his chance to prove his worth at Juventus.

Juventus goalkeeping coach Claudio Filippi has assured striker Nicklas Bendtner that he will be given his chance to prove his worth.

The Denmark international striker, who joined from Arsenal on a season-long loan deal in the summer, has made just one appearance for the Italian champions so far.

"Nicklas Bendtner will eventually have his chance," he said. "Juventus have a great group of strikers this season.

"Right now, we have several forwards that give us guarantees. They are rotated according to how they perform in training."

Bendtner has been on the books of Arsenal since 2005.
