Wojciech Szczesny: Beating Manchester United would be "perfect"

Wojciech Szczesny believes that Arsenal can beat Manchester United to continue their run of form.

Arsenal goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny has admitted that he wants Arsenal to complete what would be a "perfect week" with victory against Manchester United.

The Gunners beat Liverpool last weekend before stealing the points in the Champions League against Borussia Dortmund, and Szczesny is now targeting a win at Old Trafford on Sunday.

"We are looking forward to Sunday now and we will be trying to make it a perfect week for us," Szczesny told Sky Sports News.

"We have got two clean sheets and two results against quality opposition, one away from home at one of the toughest venues in Europe.

"It would be amazing to get nine points from these three games, when probably not a lot of people expected us to do. There is not a better time for us to go to Old Trafford."

Arsenal are currently top of the Premier League by five points.
