Arsene Wenger: 'Arsenal must bounce back against Chelsea'

Arsene Wenger says that Arsenal must respond from their Champions League defeat to Dinamo Zagreb with a strong performance against rivals Chelsea on Saturday.

Arsene Wenger has said that Arsenal must respond from their midweek Champions League defeat with a strong performance against Chelsea.

The Gunners lost 2-1 to Dinamo Zagreb on Wednesday evening, and meet Jose Mourinho's men on Saturday afternoon.

"I stand up for my selection and take responsibility for it," Wenger told reporters.

"I believe we can repair what happened. We are on a good run in the Premier League and it is important now to look at that.

"Every defeat hurts but every defeat is also an opportunity to respond in a very strong way."

Arsenal have not beaten Chelsea in any of the last eight league meetings.
