Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has claimed that he is happy with his side's 1-1 draw at Everton on Wednesday night.
Theo Walcott gave the Gunners the lead within the first minute at Goodison Park, but Marouane Fellaini grabbed an equaliser to earn the hosts a share of the spoils.
"You have to give credit to both teams who gave absolutely everything," Wenger told Sky Sports News. "It was tense, uncertain and with total commitment on both sides.
"My players have given a lot; it was a fair point for both sides. I'm happy with the commitment and desire, overall it is encouraging."
Next up for Arsenal is a home match against Swansea City in the Premier League on Saturday.
