Arsenal are reportedly ready to demand a fee of £8.8m for defender Laurent Koscielny.
The centre-back has spent the last nine years at the Emirates Stadium, making a total of 353 appearances in all competitions, and the 33-year-old still has 12 months left on his contract.
However, Koscielny is attempting to force an exit from Arsenal through refusing to go on the club's pre-season tour of the United States, behaviour which has been publicly condemned by the Gunners.
The Frenchman may look to buy out his contract in order to return to his homeland, with the Evening Standard claiming that Arsenal do not intend on lowering their £8.8m valuation.
Bordeaux are currently regarded as the favourites to sign Koscielny given their willingness to hand the veteran a three-year deal.
