Arsenal announce that Matt Macey, Ben Sheaf and Eddie Nketiah have all signed new contracts at the Emirates Stadium.

Arsenal have announced that three of the club's prospects have signed new contracts with the club.

Matt Macey, Ben Sheaf and Eddie Nketiah have all featured in cup competitions this season, and manager Arsene Wenger has opted to reward the trio with new deals, although the length of the contracts have not been disclosed.

Goalkeeper Macey turned 23 in September but after making starts against Norwich City and Red Star Belgrade this season, he has been given the chance to extend his stay in North London.

Sheaf - a 19-year-old midfielder - has made just one first-team outing, with his debut coming from the bench at Red Star Belgrade in October.

Teenage striker Nketiah has made four substitute appearances this season, with the 18-year-old making an immediate impression by scoring two goals in the EFL Cup triumph over Norwich City.

Last month, Arsenal handed a long-term deal to fellow youngster Joe Willock, who has also featured in the first team this season.
