Celtic defender Kieran Tierney may reportedly miss out on a transfer to Arsenal this summer due to injury.
The Gunners have been strongly linked with the versatile full-back for at least a month, and it had recently been suggested that a transfer was close to completion.
However, Celtic boss Neil Lennon has indicated that the Scotland international is not close to making his return from a double hernia.
According to The Sun, the 22-year-old could face a further eight weeks on the sidelines, which could lead to Arsenal shelving a move before the end of the transfer window.
If Tierney does stay put at Celtic until at least the end of 2019, Arsenal may be more willing to part ways with Laurent Koscielny due to having more funds at their disposal.
