Paris Saint-Germain reportedly emerge as the favourites to sign unsettled Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez in this summer's transfer window.

Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly emerged as the favourites to sign Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez in this summer's transfer window.

Sanchez, 28, has entered the final 12 months of his contract at Arsenal, and it is widely thought that the Chile international will look to depart the Emirates Stadium ahead of the 2017-18 campaign.

At the weekend, Sanchez admitted that he wanted to play in the Champions League next term, further fuelling suggestions that he wants to leave Arsenal before the new season starts next month.

Manchester City have been strongly linked with a move for the attacker, but according to a popular PSG ITK page on Twitter, it is the French champions that lead the race for a player that scored 30 times in all competitions for Arsenal last season.

It is understood that Arsenal could demand £70m for Sanchez this summer, despite the fact that the former Barcelona attacker is only contracted to the Gunners until the end of the 2017-18 campaign.
