Arsenal will reportedly have to fend off interest from Real Madrid if they are to secure the signature of Real Sociedad's Alexander Isak.
With the futures of Eddie Nketiah and Alexandre Lacazette shrouded in uncertainty, Gunners boss Mikel Arteta has supposedly set his sights on a move for Isak as part of a new-look attack.
The 21-year-old has started in all three of Sweden's Euro 2020 games so far, and while he has failed to find the back of the net, he has earned plenty of plaudits for his impressive performances.
Arsenal's pursuit of Isak could be complicated by Real Madrid, however, with AS reporting that Carlo Ancelotti's side have already made contact with the striker's representatives over his availability.
The report adds that Sociedad will not allow Isak to leave unless his €70m (£59.8m) release clause is triggered, but that figure could yet rise to €90m (£76.9m) with a new-and-improved deal.
Furthermore, Isak himself has confirmed his desire to remain at Sociedad for the time being, where he scored 17 goals in 34 La Liga outings last term.
