Real Madrid are reportedly keen to sell Martin Odegaard during this summer's transfer window in order to raise funds to sign Erling Braut Haaland from Borussia Dortmund.
Odegaard was allowed to join Arsenal on loan in January after struggling for action in the first half of the 2020-21 campaign, and the Norway international has been a regular during his time at the Emirates Stadium.
The Gunners are said to be keen to sign the attacker on a permanent basis this summer, while Chelsea and Liverpool have also been credited with an interest.
According to The Times, Madrid are willing to sell the 22-year-old in order to boost their transfer budget as they attempt to pull off a big-money deal for Haaland.
A recent report claimed that Odegaard is keen to remain with Arsenal beyond the end of the season, having been an important player for Mikel Arteta's side since his arrival.
The Norwegian, who has a contract at the Bernabeu until June 2023, has scored twice in 12 appearances for the North London club since arriving in January.
