Manchester City and Arsenal have reportedly been put on alert as Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Adrien Rabiot has turned down the chance to join Tottenham Hotspur.
The 23-year-old is attracting interest from a number of clubs across Europe after making it clear that he does not intend to sign a new deal with PSG.
Rabiot is out of contract at the end of the season and could therefore be sold in January for a cut-price fee as the Parisians want to recoup some money.
Tottenham were believed to be leading the way to poach the France international, but Le10Sport suggests that the player has informed the North London outfit that he is no longer interested in a move.
Arsenal and Man City could therefore be left to battle it out for Rabiot's signature, it is claimed, while Barcelona - the PSG academy product's preferred choice of club - may renew their interest in the coming weeks.
