Christian Benteke's agent insists that his client has no intention of leaving Aston Villa at the end of the season.

Aston Villa striker Christian Benteke has no intention of leaving the club in the summer, according to his agent.

The Belgian international had been linked with a move away after impressing in his debut season in England.

Eris Kismet, though, insists that his client is happy at Villa Park.

"I keep hearing that Christian dreams of playing for different clubs," Kismet told The Mirror.

"But why dream when he living a fantastic reality at Aston Villa? He is certainly not thinking about leaving. It's always impossible to predict the future but at the moment I am 99% sure Christian will start next season with Aston Villa in the Premier League.

"Paul Lambert, the club and the fans have all been very good to Christian and that means a lot to him."

Kismet was quoted as saying last week that Benteke dreamt of playing for Inter Milan and did not reveal what might happen if Villa were relegated.
